1. Scope of Services

We provide online administrative and digital support services including but not limited to:

  • Virtual assistant tasks

  • Calendar/email management

  • Document and spreadsheet creation

  • Data entry and research

  • Customer service

  • Basic website support (non-development), including:

    • Website content updates

    • Plugin and theme updates (WordPress or equivalent)

    • Site monitoring and backups

    • Basic SEO assistance

    • Website troubleshooting and audit reports


2. Web Support Pricing

Hourly Rate (Standard): $[Your Hourly Rate] per hour
Monthly Maintenance Package: $[Flat Fee] per month
Includes:

  • Up to [X] hours of support

  • Weekly plugin/theme updates

  • Monthly backups

  • Basic performance and SEO check

  • Email support response within 24–48 business hours

Project-Based Pricing:
Quoted individually per project based on scope and timeline.

Note: All rates are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice. Additional hours beyond retainer are billed at the hourly rate.


3. Payment Terms

4. Confidentiality

We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses, including but not limited to: lost profits, data corruption, or third-party errors. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 30 days.


6. Independent Contractor Status

7. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. Upon termination, outstanding balances are due immediately, and all work completed will be delivered.


8. Governing Law
